Refund policy
All products sold on our website are brand new and guaranteed to be free from defects. If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order, we are committed to offering an exchange or a refund in the form of a gift voucher, provided that the item is returned within seven (7) days of the delivery date and is accompanied by the original invoice.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service team via email or phone to arrange the return, or alternatively, visit one of our store locations with the invoice, where our team will process the exchange or issue a gift voucher.
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defect, you may request either an exchange or a gift voucher. This must also be done within seven (7) days of delivery and must be supported by the related invoice.
Please note that cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
